“I do not know how you do all that you do!!! As a crop agency, I know that there are times like in 2019 that I wished I had more staff to cover all the bases, so you are AMAZING that you manage to keep your upbeat and “can do” attitude when working with your clients!!  My experience moving my E&O after so many years with the same carrier, could NOT have gone any better and I have not once looked back on my decision to move!! I hope that we develop a long term relationship as we move forward!”

What is Errors & Omissions Insurance?

Errors and Omissions (E&O) insurance is a form of professional liability coverage designed to protect an insured against allegations of mistakes made while performing the duties associated with his/her business. The policy includes coverage for both defense costs (e.g., attorney fees, court costs, etc.) and settlements or judgments. Intentional wrongdoing is specifically excluded.  In layman’s terms, E&O insurance help protect your business if a customer sues you for mistakes or omissions in your services.

Why Do You Need It?

An errors and omissions claim can put your entire business at risk. Even if the person suing your business drops their lawsuit, you still may have to pay thousands of dollars in legal expenses. If their claim goes to court, your expenses, settlements and judgments can reach into the millions.  Without errors and omissions insurance, these costs may have to come out of your business and personal assets.
